Creamy Chipotle Fish Sauce
1 Cup Hellmann’s Mayo
1 teaspoon dry Cilantro leaves
1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
2 teaspoons Honey
1 Tablespoon of Chipotle Peppers for Mild
*2 Tablespoons for Hot
1 Garlic Clove or ½ tsp. Minced Garlic
Place in Food Processor or Blender and Mix well
Note: I buy the small can of Chipotle Peppers in Adobo sauce.
Chop or puree peppers well.
The skins on the pepper if not chopped up small enough tend to plug up
the spout on a squirt bottle.
I cut the tip of the squirt bottle big enough to pass any big pieces
Freeze left over peppers for next time
